Check the tube size and valve type against your tyre and rim before fitting — this tube suits 2.75-19 and 3.00-19 tyres with a TR4 straight valve hole.
Dust the tube lightly with talc or tyre powder before fitting so it can move freely inside the casing and does not chafe.
Inflate the tube just enough to give it shape before installing, then use tyre levers carefully and keep them clear of the tube to avoid pinching.
