Leatt 7.5 ADV Inner Lens Pinlock 70 MaxVision XLT - Clear

The Leatt 7.5 ADV Pinlock 70 MaxVision XLT Inner Lens is the clear anti-fog insert made for the visor of the Leatt 7.5 ADV adventure helmet. It drops into the visor's pin fittings and seals against it, creating an insulating air pocket that keeps your view clear when cold mornings, rain or stop-start traffic would otherwise fog the shield.

The MaxVision shape carries the anti-fog area right out to the edges of the visor aperture, so there is no fogged border at the top and bottom of your vision. Clear and untinted, it suits day and night riding, and it is a straightforward replacement if your original insert has been scratched or lost.

Fitting: flex the visor slightly outwards and locate the lens over the pins so the silicone bead faces the inside of the visor — the bead must sit evenly all the way around to seal.
If fog still forms or the bead does not contact evenly, adjust the visor's eccentric pins to increase or reduce the seal tension, then refit.
Peel off any protective film from both faces before riding.
The anti-fog surface is soft and absorbs moisture — never wipe it while it is wet, fogged or dirty, as grit will scratch it.
Clean only with lukewarm water and a soft, clean cloth or your fingertips, then let it air dry. Avoid solvents, alcohol, glass cleaners, screen wash and abrasive cloths.
Remove the inner lens before cleaning or polishing the outer visor so cleaning products do not reach the anti-fog coating.
After wet rides, allow the lens and visor to dry naturally rather than drying with heat.
In heavy fogging conditions, crack the visor open at low speed or when stopped to help air move through the helmet.
Store the helmet somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and avoid resting anything against the inner lens.
Replace the lens if the coating becomes scratched, hazed or no longer clears — the anti-fog performance cannot be restored.
