- Assemble the stand fully before first use; ensure all fasteners are tightened securely before loading any weight.
- Always position the stand on a firm, flat, level surface — never on soft ground, gravel or uneven flooring.
- Align the stand's cradle or cups correctly under the swingarm before lifting to avoid damage to the motorcycle.
- Lift slowly and steadily; use an assistant where possible, particularly with heavier bikes.
- Never leave a motorcycle unattended on a paddock stand in an unsecured or public area.
- Wipe the stand down after use to remove road grime, brake dust and any fluid contamination.
- Periodically inspect pivot points, welds and all fasteners for signs of wear, corrosion or loosening; retighten or replace hardware as needed.
