Measure around the widest part of your head, just above the eyebrows, and match the result to the size chart; try the helmet on for at least a few minutes, as the cheek pads settle slightly with use.
Always fasten the double D-ring correctly: thread the strap through both rings, back between them, and pull snug so only a finger or two fits under the chin strap.
Clean the visor with lukewarm water and a mild soap using a soft, non-abrasive cloth — never use solvents, petrol, ammonia-based glass cleaners or abrasive pads, as they will damage the scratch-resistant coating.
Remove the visor without tools using the side hook and rotation mechanism when cleaning, swapping to a tinted visor or fitting a Pinlock Max Vision insert.
Take the cheek pads and comfort liner out and hand wash them in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then air dry away from direct heat and sunlight — never machine dry or use a hairdryer.
Wipe the outer shell with a damp cloth and mild soap only; keep fuel, exhaust fumes, insect repellent and solvent-based cleaners away from the paint and shell.
Let the interior dry fully before storing, and store the helmet in its bag in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight rather than hanging it on a mirror or handlebar.
Never drop the helmet or rest it on a hot surface such as an exhaust or tank, and do not modify or drill the shell to fit accessories.
Fit intercom speakers into the dedicated speaker pockets so nothing presses against your ears or sits between your head and the impact liner.
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if there is no visible damage, and retire it in line with the manufacturer's recommended service life.
