The Kenda Super Tuff is a heavy-duty motorcycle inner tube built for 19-inch wheels running 70/100-19, 2.50-19 or 2.75-19 tyres. As the name suggests, it uses a thicker-walled construction than a standard tube, which makes it a sensible upgrade wherever pinch flats and sharp trail debris are a regular hazard.
This size is most commonly a front fitment on big-wheel 85cc motocross and off-road machines, and on smaller trail and vintage bikes running narrow 19-inch rubber. It is a straightforward replacement or spare to carry in the toolbox, ute or race trailer.

- Check the size marked on your tyre sidewall matches 70/100-19, 2.50-19 or 2.75-19 before fitting.
- Dust the tube lightly with talcum powder before installation so it can move freely inside the tyre and does not chafe.
- Inflate the tube just enough to hold its shape during fitting; a limp tube is easily pinched by tyre levers.
- Use rim tape in good condition over the spoke nipples, and make sure the valve stem sits square to the rim before final inflation.
- If your wheel uses rim locks, tighten them only after the tyre is seated and the tube is correctly positioned.
- Set and check tyre pressures cold, following the pressures recommended by your motorcycle and tyre manufacturer; low pressures increase the risk of pinch flats and tube movement.
- After the first ride on a new tube, recheck pressure and confirm the valve stem is still upright — a leaning stem indicates the tyre has rotated on the rim.
- Store spare tubes loosely folded or rolled in their packaging, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, fuel, oils and solvents.
- Inspect the inside of the tyre and rim for spoke ends, grit or damage before fitting a new tube, and replace a damaged tube rather than relying on a patch for sustained riding.
