A replacement motorcycle inner tube from Kenda, sized to suit 16-inch tube-type wheels running 3.00-16, 3.25-16 or 90/100-16 tyres. It is fitted with a TR4 straight metal valve stem, the common pattern for motorcycle rims where the valve hole sits perpendicular to the rim face.
Suited to riders replacing a punctured or perished tube, or keeping a spare in the workshop or trail kit. Sold individually.
Check the size printed on your tyre sidewall and confirm your rim uses a TR4 valve before ordering, as some wheels require an angled TR6 stem instead.

- Confirm the tube size against the marking on your tyre sidewall, and check that your rim's valve hole suits a straight TR4 stem rather than an angled type.
- Dust the tube lightly with talcum powder before fitting so it can settle inside the casing without bunching or chafing.
- Inflate the tube just enough to hold its shape before installing it, which reduces the chance of trapping it under the bead.
- Use tyre levers carefully and keep them clear of the tube to avoid pinch damage during fitting.
- Make sure the valve stem sits square to the rim, not pulled to one side, and tighten any rim lock before final inflation.
- If the wheel uses a rim lock or is run at low pressure off-road, keep the lock properly tensioned to stop the tyre rotating on the rim and tearing the valve stem out.
- Check tyre pressure regularly with an accurate gauge and inflate to the pressure specified by your motorcycle or tyre manufacturer.
- Fit a new rim tape or check the existing one for damage, as exposed spoke nipples will puncture the tube.
- Store spare tubes in their packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, fuels, oils and solvents, all of which degrade rubber.
- Replace rather than repair a tube that has a tear near the valve base or multiple punctures, and treat any patch as a temporary measure.
