The Kenda 300/325-12 inner tube is a replacement tube suited to motorcycles and scooters running 12-inch wheels with 3.00 or 3.25 section tyres, or their metric equivalent 90/100-12. - Check tyre pressure before every ride; an under-inflated tube is the most common cause of premature failure and pinch flats.
- When installing, lightly dust the inside of the tyre and the tube with talcum powder to prevent the tube from bunching or sticking during seating.
- Never pinch or fold the tube sharply during fitting; use plastic tyre levers only and take care not to nip the tube between the lever and rim.
- Seat the valve stem squarely in the rim hole and hand-tighten the valve nut before fully seating the bead to keep the tube from twisting.
- Inspect the inside of the tyre for the cause of any puncture before fitting a new tube — embedded debris will immediately re-puncture a replacement.
- Do not over-inflate; stay within the tyre manufacturer's recommended pressure range, which is stamped on the tyre sidewall.
- Store spare tubes in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, ozone sources (electric motors, fluorescent lights), and petroleum products, which degrade rubber over time.
- If the tube is to be stored for an extended period, inflate it lightly to prevent the walls from sticking together.
