The Kenda 225/250-14 inner tube is a direct replacement tube sized for 14-inch rims running 2.25 or 2.50 width tyres — equivalent to the metric 60/100-14 sizing common on small-wheel off-road and pit bikes. It is fitted with a TR4 straight valve stem, the standard upright metal valve widely used across motorcycle and off-road applications.

Kenda is a well-established tyre and tube manufacturer supplying OEM and replacement fitments across motocross, enduro, and pit bike segments. This tube is a straightforward, reliable replacement option for riders maintaining smaller-displacement off-road machines with 14-inch wheels.

  • Fits 2.25 and 2.50 width tyres on 14-inch rims
  • Metric equivalent sizing: 60/100-14
  • TR4 straight (upright) metal valve stem — the standard fitment for most motorcycle and off-road applications
  • Suits small-wheel off-road bikes, pit bikes, and 65cc-class motocross machines
  • Direct OEM-style replacement from Kenda
  • 1 x Kenda 225/250-14 (60/100-14) TR4 inner tube

  • Lightly dust the outside of the tube with French chalk or talcum powder before fitting to prevent the tube sticking to the tyre interior.
  • Inspect the tube for any pinch marks, creases, or manufacturing blemishes before installation.
  • Ensure there are no sharp debris, spoke ends, or rim tape gaps inside the rim before fitting.
  • Partially inflate the tube just enough to give it shape before placing it inside the tyre — this reduces the risk of it folding and being pinched.
  • Use tyre levers carefully and keep them away from the tube when levering the final bead over the rim.
  • Seat the valve stem squarely through the rim hole and hand-tighten the valve nut before fully inflating.
  • Inflate to the pressure specified on the tyre sidewall; do not exceed the tyre's maximum rated pressure.
  • Allow the tyre and tube to settle for a few minutes after initial inflation, then recheck pressure.
  • Store unused tubes in a cool, dark location away from direct sunlight, ozone sources (e.g. electric motors), and solvents — UV and ozone degrade rubber over time.
