The Kenda K290 Scorpion is a knobby ATV tyre in the 20x10.00-9 size, supplied as a single tubeless (TL) tyre with a 4-ply rating. It suits quad and ATV riders replacing worn rubber or fitting a set for recreational and utility use.
Kenda is a long-established tyre manufacturer, and the K290 Scorpion is one of its widely fitted ATV patterns. Check your machine's recommended tyre size and fitment position before ordering, as 9-inch rims and this width are specific to certain axles.

- Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified tyre technician using proper equipment; ATV tyres and rims can cause serious injury if mishandled during fitting.
- Inflate only to the pressure specified by your ATV manufacturer for this size and fitment position, and never exceed the maximum pressure moulded on the sidewall.
- Check cold tyre pressures regularly with an accurate low-pressure gauge, as small variations have a large effect on ATV handling and tread life.
- Inspect the tread and sidewalls before each ride for cuts, punctures, embedded debris, separation or bulges, and replace the tyre if any are found.
- Fit tyres in the correct rotation direction where the sidewall shows a directional arrow, and keep left and right positions consistent with the manufacturer's guidance.
- Replace tyres as a pair on the same axle where possible so that rolling diameters and grip levels stay matched.
- Clean with water and mild detergent after muddy or salty rides; avoid petroleum solvents, tyre-shine dressings and harsh chemicals that can degrade the rubber.
- Store away from direct sunlight, ozone sources such as electric motors, and extremes of heat, and keep the machine off the tyres or on stands during long-term storage.
- Re-check pressures after storage and before the first ride of the season, and allow a short, gentle run-in on new rubber before hard riding.
