Install using a flat-blade screwdriver or proper jet tool; thread in by hand first to avoid cross-threading, then snug firmly — do not overtighten.
Never use wire, drill bits or abrasives to clear a blocked jet orifice; this permanently alters the calibrated opening and ruins the jet.
Clean clogged jets by soaking in carburettor cleaner, then clearing with compressed air only.
