Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth dampened in mild soapy water; never use petroleum-based cleaners, paint thinners, or abrasive products as these degrade the shell material and finish.
Remove the interior liner and cheek pads and hand-wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent; allow to air dry completely before reinserting — do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Clean the visor with a soft microfibre cloth and mild soap; avoid dry wiping or abrasive cloths, which will damage the anti-scratch coating and increase glare.
Install the included Pinlock 120 insert into the visor lens posts to minimise fogging in cold or humid conditions; if fogging persists, check the insert seal is contacting the visor evenly and adjust the tension pins.
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even where no external damage is visible — the internal EPS liner absorbs impact energy and may be compromised without showing outward signs.
Store the helmet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel, and chemical vapours, which degrade both the shell and liner materials over time.
Use the EQR (Emergency Quick Release) tabs on the cheek pads only in a genuine emergency; ensure pads are firmly reseated and properly latched before the helmet is worn again.
When fitting a Bluetooth communication system, route all cables through the helmet's dedicated ready-fit channels to avoid creating pressure points against the liner or the rider's head.
