The HJC RPHA 1 is HJC's flagship full-face helmet, developed with direct input from the brand's MotoGP racing programme. Its shell is constructed from PIM+ (Premium Integrated Matrix Plus), a multi-composite layup combining carbon fibre, glass fibre and aramid fibres to achieve a high strength-to-weight ratio suited to performance riding on road and track.
The interior features a 3D-fitted, moisture-wicking liner with removable and washable cheek pads that include an emergency quick-release system — a feature carried over from HJC's race homologated helmets. ECE 22.06 certified, the RPHA 1 meets the most current European homologation standard and is approved for road use in Australia.
The Senin MC-1SF colourway presents a bold race-inspired graphic on the shell in HJC's semi-flat finish, making it a standout choice for riders who want podium-level engineering with a distinctive look.

- Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and mild soap; never use petroleum-based solvents, petrol, paint thinners or harsh household cleaners, as these can degrade the shell finish and underlying composite materials.
- Clean the visor with warm water and a soft microfibre cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or paper towels, which can scratch the anti-scratch coating and impair optical clarity.
- Fit and remove the Pinlock 120 MaxVision lens gently; clean it only with a soft, damp cloth using minimal pressure — aggressive wiping can cause micro-scratches that reduce the lens's anti-fogging effectiveness.
- Remove the interior liner and cheek pads and hand-wash with a mild detergent in cool water; do not machine-wash or tumble-dry; allow to air-dry completely before refitting to prevent odour and mildew.
- Store the helmet in its protective bag in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel fumes, oils and solvents, which can degrade EPS liner performance over time.
- Do not apply adhesive stickers, paint or aftermarket coatings to the shell unless explicitly confirmed safe by HJC — solvents in adhesives and aerosol paints can compromise structural integrity.
- Replace the helmet immediately after any significant impact, even if no external damage is visible; EPS liner compression is often internal and not apparent to the eye.
- As a general guideline, plan to replace the helmet within five years of the manufacture date regardless of apparent condition, as shell and liner materials degrade over time even with minimal use.
