The HJC i90 is a modular flip-up helmet designed for touring and everyday street riders who want the versatility of open-face convenience without sacrificing full-face protection. The MAY graphic in the MC-3HSF colourway delivers a distinctive finish suited to a range of road conditions.
Built around a polycarbonate shell and fitted with an integrated drop-down sun visor, the i90 is a practical, accessible choice for commuters and longer-distance riders alike. The Pinlock-ready face shield and removable washable interior make it well suited to daily use across Australian conditions.

- Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth and a mild soap solution; never use petroleum-based solvents, fuel, acetone, or abrasive cleaners, which can degrade polycarbonate.
- Wipe the face shield with warm water and a clean microfibre cloth; do not dry-wipe a dirty visor, as grit will scratch the lens.
- If a Pinlock insert is fitted, clean it with warm water only — lens cleaners and abrasive materials will damage the anti-fog coating.
- Remove the interior liner and cheek pads and hand-wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent; allow all interior parts to air-dry completely before reinstalling.
- Ensure the modular chin bar is fully latched in both the closed (full-face) and open (flip-up) positions before every ride.
- Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, fuel vapour, paint fumes, and chemical solvents — off-gassing from these substances can degrade the shell and retention system over time.
- Do not rest the helmet on mirrors, fuel tanks, or freshly painted surfaces.
- After any significant impact — even if no visible damage is apparent — retire the helmet, as the inner EPS liner may be compromised.
- Inspect the chin strap and buckle periodically for fraying, cracking, or loss of function and replace if any defect is found.
