The HJC i90 is a modular flip-up helmet built for touring and everyday road riding. Its hinged chin bar delivers the convenience of a modular design — ideal for riders who wear glasses, need to communicate at stops, or simply want the option of open-face ventilation without carrying a separate helmet.
The HOLLEN MC-4HSF graphic brings a bold, high-contrast look to the i90 platform. An integrated drop-down internal sun visor means no fumbling for a tinted visor in changing light, while the Pinlock-ready main visor addresses fogging in cooler or wet conditions.
Inside, the removable and washable Multi-Cool liner keeps the fit fresh on longer outings. The i90 suits commuters and tourers who want a practical modular helmet with a distinctive appearance.

- Clean the outer shell with a soft damp cloth and mild soap; avoid petrol, solvents or abrasive cleaners as these degrade the shell lacquer and graphics.
- Clean the visor with a soft damp microfibre cloth; never wipe a dry visor as grit causes micro-scratches that reduce optical clarity.
- Remove the interior cheek pads and crown liner and hand-wash in cool water with a gentle detergent; allow all components to air dry completely before reinserting — never use a tumble dryer.
- When fitting or removing the helmet, open the chin bar fully until it locks to avoid stressing the hinge mechanism.
- If your helmet includes a Pinlock insert, clean it gently with mild soap and water and avoid touching the inner face; a dirty Pinlock is less effective at preventing fogging.
- Inspect the visor pivot points and locking mechanism periodically; replace the visor if it develops deep scratches that impair forward vision.
- Replace the helmet immediately after any significant impact, even if external damage is not visible — the EPS liner absorbs energy in a single event and cannot be relied upon thereafter.
- Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, fuels and solvents; avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.
- Do not apply aftermarket stickers, paint or chemical preparations to the shell without confirming compatibility with the polycarbonate finish.
