Clean the outer shell with mild soap and warm water on a soft cloth; avoid petroleum-based products, solvents or abrasive cleaners that can degrade polycarbonate.
Clean the visor with a dedicated visor cleaner or mild soap and water; never use dry cloths or paper towels, which can scratch the anti-scratch coating.
Remove the interior liner and cheek pads and hand-wash in cool water with mild detergent; allow to air dry completely before reinserting.
To deploy the integrated sun visor, operate the visor lever smoothly; ensure the sun visor is fully retracted before removing or fitting the helmet to avoid damaging the mechanism.
If fogging occurs, confirm the Pinlock 30 insert is correctly seated on the visor's Pinlock pins and that the silicone seal makes full contact around the insert perimeter.
