Clean the outer shell with a soft damp cloth and mild soap; avoid petroleum-based solvents or abrasive cleaners that can degrade the shell or graphic finish.
Clean the visor with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft cloth; never wipe a dry visor as grit will scratch the lens.
Remove the interior liner and cheek pads for machine or hand washing in cold water with mild detergent; allow to air-dry completely before reinserting.
Raise the chin bar vents before riding in hot conditions and close them in cold or wet weather to manage airflow.
To swap the visor, use the RapidFire+ mechanism — lift the visor to the fully open position and follow the release tabs on each side; no tools required.
If the helmet is involved in a significant impact, retire it immediately even if no visible damage is present — internal structure may be compromised.
