HJC i30 Helmet - ZETRA MC-5

The HJC i30 Zetra is a full-face road helmet suited to everyday commuting and sport touring. Built around HJC's AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix) polycarbonate shell, it offers solid protection in a manageable package shaped for an intermediate oval fit.

The Zetra graphic in MC-5 colourway gives the helmet a distinctive finish, consistent across all shell sizes. A Pinlock EVO-ready visor and a fully removable, washable interior make the i30 practical for regular use in Australian conditions.

Clean the shell with a soft cloth and mild soapy water; never use petrol, solvents or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the polycarbonate shell and degrade graphics.
Clean the visor with warm water and a microfibre cloth only — dry paper towels or coarse cloths will scratch the lens surface.
Remove cheek pads and crown liner and hand-wash with mild detergent; allow to air dry completely before reinserting.
If using a Pinlock EVO insert, clip it onto the visor pins and adjust the perimeter seal contact to ensure an airtight fit that resists fogging.
Check the visor quick-release and locking mechanism periodically; replace the visor if the mechanism feels loose or the lens shows cracks.
Do not rest the helmet on its visor or use it as a seat — both practices stress the shell and scratch the lens.
Replace the helmet immediately after any significant impact, even when no visible damage is apparent; the EPS liner is a single-use energy-absorbing component.
Replace the helmet at or before five years from the date of manufacture, as polycarbonate and EPS materials degrade over time regardless of outward condition.
Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapour and extreme heat when not in use.
