HJC i20 Helmet - FURIA MC9

The HJC i20 Furia is a full-face street helmet built around HJC's Advanced Polycarbonate composite shell. It sits in HJC's everyday-riding tier, offering a balance of protection, comfort and practicality for commuters and recreational road riders alike.

The Furia graphic in the MC-9 colourway gives the helmet a distinctive, purposeful look without adding cost. Inside, a removable and washable liner keeps the fit fresh over long-term use, while the integrated drop-down sun visor removes the need to carry a spare tinted shield for changeable light conditions.

With multiple shell sizes across the XS–XL range, the i20 is engineered to fit a wide spread of head shapes without excessive bulk at the smaller end of the size scale.

Clean the outer shell with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid petroleum-based solvents or abrasive cleaners that can degrade the polycarbonate shell and graphic finish.
Clean the visor with warm water and a soft cloth only — never wipe a dry visor, as dust particles will scratch the optical surface.
Remove the interior lining and cheek pads before washing; hand-wash in cool water with a mild detergent and allow to air-dry fully before refitting.
Do not use compressed air, harsh sprays or household chemicals on the interior foam or retention system.
To swap the visor using the RapidFire mechanism, open the visor fully, locate the release tabs at each pivot point, and follow the tab sequence before fitting the replacement — no tools required.
Store the helmet in its bag (if supplied) in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours and solvents, which degrade EPS and shell materials over time.
Inspect the EPS liner, shell and retention system after any impact; a helmet that has sustained a significant knock should be replaced even if external damage is not visible.
Replace the Pinlock insert if fogging recurs or the insert shows discolouration — inserts are a consumable item and available separately.
Check that the visor seal and pivot screws remain secure periodically, especially after extended use in wet conditions.
