The Hiflofiltro HFF3026 is a direct-replacement foam air filter designed for Suzuki RMZ450 (2018–2025) and RMZ250 (2019–2025) motocross bikes. It is intended as a washable, reusable alternative to the OEM filter, restoring clean airflow to the engine after the original filter has worn out or become damaged.

- Remove the filter from the airbox according to your bike's service manual before cleaning.
- Wash with a dedicated foam air filter cleaner — do not use petrol, solvent, or compressed air, as these can damage the foam cell structure.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow the filter to dry completely in a well-ventilated area before re-oiling.
- Apply a purpose-made foam filter oil evenly across the entire surface of the filter; work the oil in by hand to ensure full coverage without over-saturating.
- Allow the oil to tack up before reinstalling to prevent excess oil entering the intake tract.
- Inspect the filter for tears, holes, or deterioration each time it is cleaned; replace if any damage is found.
- In muddy or very dusty conditions, inspect and clean the filter more frequently — ideally after every ride.
- Ensure the airbox seal and filter cage are clean and undamaged before reinstalling the filter to prevent unfiltered air bypassing the element.
