HIFLOFILTRO - Foam Air Filter HFF3026 Suzuki

The Hiflofiltro HFF3026 is a direct-replacement foam air filter designed for Suzuki RMZ450 (2018–2025) and RMZ250 (2019–2025) motocross bikes. It is intended as a washable, reusable alternative to the OEM filter, restoring clean airflow to the engine after the original filter has worn out or become damaged.

Remove the filter from the airbox according to your bike's service manual before cleaning.
Wash with a dedicated foam air filter cleaner — do not use petrol, solvent, or compressed air, as these can damage the foam cell structure.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow the filter to dry completely in a well-ventilated area before re-oiling.
Apply a purpose-made foam filter oil evenly across the entire surface of the filter; work the oil in by hand to ensure full coverage without over-saturating.
Allow the oil to tack up before reinstalling to prevent excess oil entering the intake tract.
Inspect the filter for tears, holes, or deterioration each time it is cleaned; replace if any damage is found.
In muddy or very dusty conditions, inspect and clean the filter more frequently — ideally after every ride.
Ensure the airbox seal and filter cage are clean and undamaged before reinstalling the filter to prevent unfiltered air bypassing the element.
