The Hiflofiltro HFA2505 is an OE replacement air filter element for a range of small-capacity Kawasaki twins, including the Ninja 250R, Ninja 300 and Z300. It drops straight into the standard airbox in place of the factory item, replacing Kawasaki OEM part number 11013-0020.
Built with Hiflofiltro's own filter media and developed for modern high-performance engines, it is designed to deliver factory-equivalent filtration and airflow, so no rejetting or fuelling changes are required. A straightforward service part for riders keeping up with scheduled maintenance on a Ninja 250R, Ninja 300 or Z300.

- Check your model, year and variant against the fitment list before installing — air filter elements are model-specific and an incorrect part will not seal in the airbox.
- This is a disposable OE-style element, not a washable filter: do not wash it in water or solvents, and do not oil it.
- Replace at the air filter service interval specified in your motorcycle's owner's manual or workshop manual.
- Inspect the element more often if you ride in dusty, sandy or heavily polluted conditions, and replace early if it is visibly clogged, oil-soaked or damaged.
- Before fitting, clean out any dirt, leaves or debris sitting in the airbox so it isn't drawn straight into the new element.
- Seat the element squarely so the sealing edge contacts the airbox all the way around, then refit the airbox cover and fasteners evenly — unfiltered air bypassing the element causes engine wear.
- Handle with care during installation: creasing, denting or tearing the pleats or the sealing edge will compromise filtration.
- Do not run the engine with the element removed.
- Store spares flat in their packaging in a cool, dry place, away from fuel, oil and direct sunlight.
