Description

The Thor Sector 2 Solid is an off-road helmet built for motocross, trail and enduro riding, finished here in a clean gloss whiteout colourway. Its injection-moulded polycarbonate/ABS shell is paired with a dual-density EPS liner, and the helmet carries both DOT and ECE 22.06 approval.

Airflow is a focus throughout: the EPS is extensively vented and a hi-flow mouth vent with a filter feeds air in while helping keep debris out. The adjustable peak lets you tune the angle to suit your speed and the sun, and the shaped rear shell keeps a goggle strap sitting where you put it.

Suited to riders after a well-vented, certified off-road lid with a washable liner for regular use. Listed SKU 0110-8163 is size MD (medium).

Operations & maintenance

Clean the shell with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap only; keep petrol, solvents and harsh cleaners away from the polycarbonate/ABS shell.
Remove the comfort liner and cheek pads and hand wash them in mild soapy water, rinse thoroughly, press out excess water and air dry — do not tumble dry or dry near a heater.
Refit the liner completely and check all press studs are seated before riding.
Rinse mud and dust out of the mouth vent filter and let it dry fully so intake airflow isn't restricted.
Check the peak fasteners regularly and adjust the peak angle to suit your speed and sun position; snug them by hand rather than overtightening.
Seat the goggle strap in the shaped channel at the rear of the shell so it stays put over rough ground.
After wet or muddy rides, let the helmet dry naturally in a well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Store in a cool, dry place; avoid hanging it on a mirror or bar end where the liner can be compressed.
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if there is no visible damage — crushed EPS is not always apparent.
Avoid applying paints, adhesives or solvent-based stickers, as these can degrade the shell.
