The Moto National Heavy Duty Tiedown with Built-In Harness is designed to secure motorcycles during transport, whether on a trailer, ute tray, or enclosed van. The integrated harness removes the need for a separate attachment point on the bike, making the tie-down process quicker and more consistent.

Built for riders and transporters who need a dependable, no-fuss solution, this tiedown suits weekend trail trips through to regular commercial motorcycle moves.

  • Heavy duty construction for reliable motorcycle securing during transport
  • Built-in harness integrated into the tiedown — no separate handlebar strap required
  • Designed to reduce setup time and minimise contact points on the motorcycle

  • Inspect the webbing, hooks, and ratchet or cam-buckle mechanism before every use — look for fraying, cuts, corrosion, or deformation.
  • Do not exceed the product's rated working load limit; check the label on the strap for the manufacturer's stated capacity.
  • Route straps so they bear load in a straight line and are free of knots, twists, or sharp bends around edges.
  • When using the built-in harness, ensure it is attached to a solid, manufacturer-approved anchor point on the motorcycle frame — avoid throttle tubes, brake levers, and bodywork.
  • After securing, apply downward pre-load by compressing the suspension slightly before locking off the tiedown to prevent the bike rocking during transit.
  • Wipe webbing clean with a damp cloth after use; avoid petroleum-based solvents, bleach, or strong detergents that can degrade synthetic fibres.
  • Store in a clean, dry location away from direct sunlight and UV exposure when not in use — UV degrades webbing strength over time.
  • Retire and replace the tiedown immediately if the webbing is frayed, discoloured, chemically contaminated, or the hardware no longer locks securely.
