Giant Loop Tillamook Dry Bag

The Giant Loop Tillamook Dry Bag is an expedition-sized roll-top dry bag built for riders and drivers who carry bulky kit through weather, dust and corrugations. Its coated fabric shell and radio-frequency welded seams keep the contents dry, while integrated anchor straps let it lash directly to saddlebags, panniers or a tail rack without extra hardware.

It suits larger adventure and touring motorcycles, and works equally well on UTVs, ATVs and overland vehicles. Openings at both ends mean you can reach gear from either side without unstrapping the bag, and the air purge valve lets you compress a loaded bag down to a tidy, stable package.

Two carry straps are included, so the Tillamook converts to a backpack for the walk from the bike to camp or the motel room.

  • Roll-top dry bag with 48 litres maximum capacity, compressing to 30 litres
  • 100% waterproof radio-frequency (RF) welded seams
  • Rugged Bomb Shell coated fabric construction
  • Openings at both ends for access without unstrapping the bag
  • Air purge valve to compress gear and shrink the packed size
  • Four integrated anchor straps secure to any four solid anchor points
  • Pairs with Giant Loop Coyote and Great Basin saddlebags via their beavertail strapping
  • Also fits MoJavi saddlebags, Siskiyou panniers and tail racks
  • Two included carry straps convert the bag into a backpack
  • Plastic side-release buckles, nylon webbing and reflective trim
  • 1.6 kg with all included components
  • Tillamook dry bag with four integrated anchor straps

  • Roll each end down at least three times and clip the side-release buckles to form the waterproof seal — fewer rolls will let water in.
  • Open the air purge valve and press the packed bag down to squeeze out trapped air, then close the valve for a firmer, more stable load.
  • Use the four integrated anchor straps against solid, non-sharp anchor points, and pull all straps tight before riding; recheck tension after the first few kilometres and at fuel stops.
  • When mounting to Coyote or Great Basin saddlebags, run the bag under the saddlebag's beavertail strapping so the load is captured from above.
  • Load heavier items low and centred, and keep the bag clear of the exhaust, hot engine cases, the rear tyre and moving suspension components.
  • Rinse off mud, dust and salt with fresh water and wipe the coated fabric with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid solvents, petrol and harsh degreasers that can attack the coating.
  • Flush grit out of the buckles and rinse the webbing after dusty or muddy rides so the side-release buckles keep latching cleanly.
  • Turn the bag inside out or leave both ends open and air dry it completely before storage — packing it away damp invites mildew and odour.
  • Store unrolled and loosely in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight rather than compressed for long periods.
  • Avoid dragging the loaded bag across gravel or sharp rack edges; abrasion and punctures are the main causes of leaks, and a pinhole in the coated fabric will defeat the welded seams.
