The Givi 351KIT is a bike-specific hardware kit that lets you fit Givi PL351, PLX351, PL360 or PLX360 pannier holders to a Yamaha FZ6 without running a Monorack top case rack. Normally the side racks pick up a rearward mounting point from the top case rack; this kit supplies that anchor point on its own.
It suits riders who want side cases only — panniers for touring or commuting luggage, with the tail of the bike left clean and free of a top box carrier. As with all Givi mounting kits, it is model-specific and is designed to bolt to the bike's existing hard points.
Sold as a fitting kit only. The pannier holders and cases are purchased separately.

- Confirm your model and year before fitting — Givi mounting kits are bike-specific and will not transfer between models.
- Fit the kit together with the matching Givi pannier holder (PL351, PLX351, PL360 or PLX360); the kit is not a standalone rack and does not include cases.
- Follow the fitting instructions supplied with the kit and the pannier holder, working to the bike manufacturer's specifications for any standard bolts you remove and reuse.
- Check that all fasteners are seated and tightened evenly before the first ride, and re-check them after the first ride or two while everything settles.
- Inspect the mounting points and hardware periodically, especially before and after longer trips or when carrying heavier loads.
- Rinse off road salt, mud and grime and dry the hardware to help prevent corrosion, particularly if the bike is ridden in wet or coastal conditions.
- Replace any bolt that shows damaged threads, rounding or corrosion rather than reusing it.
- Do not exceed the load rating of the pannier holders or cases you are using, and load both sides as evenly as practical.
