The GIVI PL3101 is a model-specific pannier frame set for the Suzuki DL650 V-Strom (2012-2016), giving the bike a permanent, purpose-built mounting platform for GIVI MONOKEY side cases. The frames bolt to the V-Strom's existing hard points and hold each case out clear of the rider, exhaust and pillion pegs, so the bike keeps its intended lines and balance when the luggage is off.

It suits touring, commuting and adventure riders who want proper hard luggage capacity without a universal, compromise fit. Tubular steel construction with a black powder-coated finish keeps the frames unobtrusive on the bike, and the MONOKEY interface lets cases be locked on or lifted off in seconds.

Cases, top case and top case rack are sold separately. Please check the case compatibility notes before ordering, as several GIVI case ranges do not fit this frame.

Fit the frames using GIVI's model-specific instructions and the bike's existing mounting points; leave all fasteners loose until both sides are aligned, then tighten evenly.
Re-check every fastener after the first ride with luggage fitted, then periodically - vibration and corrugated or unsealed roads can loosen mountings over time.
Load the two cases as evenly as you can and keep heavy items low and forward; never exceed the load rating specified for your side cases.
Check that each case is fully seated and locked onto the MONOKEY plate before riding, and give it a firm tug to confirm.
Keep the MONOKEY docking points, hooks and locks free of grit and road salt; a light spray lubricant on the lock barrels keeps them working smoothly.
Wash with mild soap and water, then rinse and dry - avoid solvents, degreasers and abrasive pads, which will dull or damage the powder coating.
Touch up stone chips and deep scratches promptly so bare steel is not left exposed to moisture.
The frames are designed to stay on the bike with the cases removed; if you ride regularly without luggage, still inspect the mounts and bolts at each service.
Inspect the frames for cracks, bends or elongated bolt holes after a drop or heavy off-road use, and replace rather than straighten a damaged frame.
Do not use the frames as tie-down points, lifting handles or a pillion grab rail.
