The GIVI Z180 is a matched key and lock set designed for GIVI luggage systems. It allows riders to standardise multiple GIVI cases to a single key, eliminating the need to carry separate keys for each piece of luggage.

Supplied with three matched keys and a replacement lock cylinder, the Z180 suits riders who have lost keys, upgraded their luggage or want a unified locking solution across their GIVI setup.

Periodically apply a small amount of graphite-based or PTFE dry lubricant to the lock cylinder — avoid oil-based lubricants as they attract dirt and can cause sticking.
If the key becomes stiff to turn, clean debris from the keyway with compressed air before lubricating.
Keep spare keys in a secure, separate location in case the primary key is lost.
When fitting a replacement lock cylinder, follow the GIVI case disassembly instructions specific to your case model to avoid damaging the locking mechanism.
Avoid forcing the key if it does not turn freely; check alignment of the lock cylinder within the case lid.
In salt or coastal environments, rinse the lock area with fresh water periodically to prevent corrosion of internal components.
