Description

The Fly Racing Formula CC is a full-face off-road helmet built around a carbon composite shell, making it a lightweight option for motocross and enduro riders who want to reduce helmet weight without compromising protection. The Driver colourway presents a striking silver, red and white graphic suited to both competitive track use and trail riding.

The Formula CC sits in Fly Racing's performance tier, targeting experienced riders who demand a quality composite shell at a competitive price point. It follows the standard motocross helmet profile with a pronounced chin bar, peak visor and goggle-compatible eye port.

Key Features

  • Carbon composite (CC) shell construction for reduced overall helmet weight
  • Full-face motocross and enduro helmet profile with prominent peak visor
  • Goggle-compatible eye port suited to standard motocross goggles
  • Driver Silver/Red/White colourway with bold graphic finish
  • Available in XS, S, XL and 2XL sizing

Operations & maintenance

Remove the interior liner and cheek pads before cleaning; hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, then air dry completely before reassembling.
Clean the outer shell and peak visor with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid petroleum-based solvents, fuel, or abrasive cleaners that can weaken a composite shell.
Inspect the chin strap, D-ring or buckle closure, and strap stitching before each ride to confirm they are intact and correctly fastened.
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if no visible cracking is present — EPS liner damage is not always visible externally.
Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, fuel vapours, and chemical fumes, ideally inside a helmet bag to prevent shell scratching.
Handle the helmet by the chin bar when carrying; avoid dropping it on hard surfaces, as even a modest fall can compromise the EPS liner.
Do not apply solvent-based adhesives, spray paints, or aftermarket stickers to the shell unless the manufacturer confirms compatibility with carbon composite construction.
Check the peak visor screws periodically for tightness; replace the visor if it shows cracks or deformation that could cause it to detach at speed.
