Fly Racing Formula CC Helmet - DRIVER BU OR BK

The Fly Racing Formula CC is a full-face off-road helmet built around a carbon composite shell, offering a lighter alternative to traditional fibreglass constructions without stepping up to a pure carbon fibre price point. It is aimed at motocross, enduro, and trail riders who want meaningful weight savings and a strong shell in a competition-ready package.

The Driver Blue/Orange/Black colourway is one of Fly Racing's season-specific graphic releases, combining bold contrast tones suited to the track. A removable washable interior and adjustable peak visor keep the helmet practical for repeated use across varying conditions.

• Carbon composite shell construction for reduced weight and high impact strength
• Removable and washable interior liner for ongoing comfort and hygiene
• Adjustable peak visor to manage roost, sun angle, and varying light conditions
• Multiple intake and exhaust ventilation ports for airflow management
• EPS impact-absorbing liner
• Driver Blue/Orange/Black season graphics colourway
• Available in sizes XS through 2XL

Wipe the outer shell with a soft damp cloth and mild soap only; never use petroleum-based solvents, petrol, acetone, or abrasive cleaners as these degrade composite materials and the clear coat finish.
Remove the interior liner and cheek pads before washing; hand wash in cool to lukewarm water with a mild detergent, then air dry fully before reinstalling — do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Clean goggle lenses with warm water and a soft cloth; never wipe a dry lens as dust particles will scratch the surface.
Inspect the EPS liner for cracks, deformation, or flat spots after any impact — retire the helmet immediately if internal damage is found, even when the outer shell appears intact.
Replace the helmet after any significant crash regardless of visible damage; EPS foam is a single-use energy absorber and will not perform to standard after a hard impact.
Store the helmet in its protective bag away from direct sunlight, fuel, oils, and cleaning chemicals, all of which degrade composite shells and interior foam over time.
Do not hang the helmet from handlebars, mirrors, or the peak; store on a flat surface or a dedicated helmet stand to prevent deformation of the interior padding.
Check peak mounting screws periodically and re-tighten any loosened by vibration.
Do not apply solvent-based adhesive stickers or incompatible paints directly to the shell without first confirming compatibility with carbon composite materials.
Retire and replace the helmet in line with manufacturer guidance — materials degrade over time even without impact, and an aged helmet offers reduced protection.
