The Dynavolt GHD32HL-BS is a sealed, factory-activated AGM nano gel lead-acid battery rated at 12 volts and 32Ah, with 560 cranking amps. It arrives ready to fit — there is no acid pack to pour and no filling or activation step before installation.
It suits big-bore cruisers, touring bikes and other machines with high starting and accessory loads that call for a 30L-class battery, and it is a common upgrade or direct replacement for CIX30L-BS, CB30L-BS, HVT30L and GHD30HL-BS batteries. The sealed gel construction means it can be mounted in any orientation, provided it is clamped securely against movement and vibration.
Check the terminal voltage before fitting. If it reads below 12.6V, charge it on a charger's AGM setting first for the best service life.

- Check the terminal voltage before fitting; if it reads below 12.6V, charge the battery on a charger's AGM setting before installing.
- The battery is factory activated and sealed — do not attempt to open it, add electrolyte or top it up.
- Mount the battery securely in its tray so it cannot move or vibrate; it may be fitted in any orientation once properly retained.
- Observe the terminal layout when connecting: negative (black) is left-hand front.
- Connect the positive lead first and the negative last when fitting, and disconnect the negative first when removing.
- Keep terminals clean and tight, and refit any terminal covers so nothing can short across the posts.
- Use a charger with an AGM/gel-compatible setting only; avoid high-current or unregulated charging.
- If the bike is stored or ridden infrequently, keep the battery topped up with a suitable maintenance charger (for example a NOCO Genius 1 or 2, available separately) to preserve service life.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat, and recharge before long periods out of service.
