The Dynavolt GHD14HL-BS is a sealed 12V 14Ah motorcycle battery built around Dynavolt's Nano Gel electrolyte technology, combining the spill-proof safety of a gel cell with the robust cranking performance expected from a modern AGM construction.

Supplied Factory Activated, this battery arrives fully filled and charged — no acid preparation is required before fitting. It is suited to riders replacing a GHD14HL-BS or equivalent-fitment battery across a wide range of motorcycles, scooters and ATVs.

The sealed, maintenance-free design eliminates the need for electrolyte top-ups over the battery's service life, making it a practical, low-hassle choice for everyday riders and touring use alike.

This battery is Factory Activated — it arrives sealed and fully charged with no acid preparation required. Install it directly from the box.
Before fitting to a motorcycle that has been stored or has a suspect charging system, top up the charge using a gel-compatible smart charger. Do not use a standard open-mode or calcium-profile charger, as these apply a charge voltage that can damage the gel electrolyte.
Keep the battery terminals clean and free of corrosion. After installation, apply a thin coat of terminal grease or anti-corrosion spray to the terminal connections.
If the motorcycle is to be stored for more than a few weeks, connect a gel-compatible battery tender or maintenance charger to prevent deep discharge. Deep discharge significantly shortens gel battery service life.
Do not allow the battery to sit in a discharged state for extended periods. Recharge as soon as possible if voltage has dropped.
Store unused batteries in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Elevated temperatures accelerate self-discharge.
The sealed casing cannot and should not be opened. Do not attempt to add water or electrolyte — there are no serviceable cells.
Inspect the terminal connections and battery casing periodically for signs of corrosion, swelling, or physical damage. Replace the battery if the casing is cracked or deformed.
