Model-specific crash bars from SW-MOTECH for the 2024-onwards Triumph Tiger 900, Tiger 900 GT, Tiger 900 Rally and Tiger 900 Pro. Built from robust steel tube with a weather- and corrosion-resistant black powder coat, they add a layer of protection around the tank, fairing and exposed components in a tip-over or low-speed drop.

Because the bars are developed for this exact model, they follow the lines of the bike and bolt to factory mounting points on the frame, so there is no drilling or modification and cornering clearance is preserved. A sensible choice for adventure and touring riders heading onto gravel, loaded up for a long trip, or simply wanting peace of mind around town.

Fit using the supplied mounting material and follow the included mounting instructions, including the specified tightening sequence and torque figures.
Leave all fasteners finger-tight until both bars are positioned and aligned, then tighten fully so the bars sit square without stressing the frame mounts.
Re-check all mounting bolts after the first ride and then periodically, particularly after off-road or corrugated-road use.
Clean with warm water and a mild detergent using a soft cloth or sponge; avoid harsh solvents and abrasive pads that can dull or damage the powder coating.
Rinse off salt, mud and road grime promptly, and dry the bars after washing to protect the finish.
Inspect the powder coating regularly for chips or scratches and touch them up so bare steel is not left exposed to moisture.
After any crash, drop or impact, inspect the bars and their mounting points for bending, cracks or elongated holes and replace damaged components rather than straightening them.
Check that the bars do not contact bodywork, hoses, cables or the radiator, and that steering and lean angle remain unobstructed before riding.
Avoid high-pressure washing directly at the mounting joints, where water can be forced into fastener threads.
