The Continental TKC 70 sits between the knobby TKC 80 Twinduro and Continental's road-biased ContiTrailAttack range, giving adventure riders a tyre that behaves like a sports-touring tyre on sealed roads while still handling gravel and light to medium off-road work.
This 120/70ZR17 58W tubeless front fitment suits larger-capacity adventure and adventure-touring machines running a 17-inch front wheel. The uniquely arranged tread blocks keep road manners quiet and stable, while aggressive siping and self-cleaning grooves maintain bite in the wet and on loose surfaces.
Continental's ZeroDegree steel-belt construction, MultiGrip compound curing and RainGrip silica compound combine for high-speed stability, fast warm-up and even wear on long asphalt stints. Pair it with a TKC 70 rear for balanced touring, or a TKC 70 Rocks rear for a more off-road-biased set-up.

- Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified motorcycle tyre technician; tubeless fitment requires an undamaged, corrosion-free rim and a new valve.
- Check that the size and load/speed rating (120/70ZR17 58W) match your motorcycle manufacturer's recommended fitment before ordering, and follow the rotation direction marked on the sidewall.
- The TractionSkin surface means little to no traditional scrubbing-in is needed, but still ride conservatively for the first few kilometres until the tyre reaches normal operating temperature and the full contact patch is in use.
- Check inflation pressure when the tyre is cold and set it to the pressure specified on your motorcycle's placard or in the owner's manual; recheck before long rides and after luggage or pillion loading changes.
- If you drop pressures for off-road sections, only do so within your motorcycle manufacturer's guidance and reinflate before returning to sealed roads and higher speeds.
- Inspect regularly for cuts, bulges, embedded stones or nails and uneven wear, and replace the tyre if the tread reaches the wear indicators or the casing is damaged.
- Do not exceed the load or speed capability of the tyre, and avoid repairing a tubeless tyre with plug kits as a permanent fix — have any puncture assessed professionally.
- Clean with mild soapy water and a soft brush; keep tyre dressings, solvents, petrol and silicone-based shine products off the tread and sidewalls.
- Store spare tyres upright in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight, ozone sources such as electric motors, and hydrocarbons.
