CHIGEE AIO-6 MAX Smart Riding System (Non 4G)

The Chigee AIO-6 MAX is an all-in-one smart riding display built to bring modern screen-based functionality to bikes that never came with it. This is the non-4G version, so it runs without an onboard cellular module while keeping the same 6-inch ultra-bright display, CHIGEE OS 2 software and IP69K-rated weatherproof housing.

It suits commuters, tourers and adventure riders who want a large, sunlight-readable display on the handlebars, with room to grow through Chigee's optional remote control, OBD and tyre pressure monitoring accessories.

Installation requires a switched 12–18V DC supply from the motorcycle; professional fitment is recommended if you are not confident wiring accessories.

Wire the unit to a switched 12–18V DC supply so it powers down with the ignition and does not drain the battery when parked.
Mount the display securely on the handlebar or clamp area, keeping the light sensor and screen unobstructed, and re-check the mount fasteners after the first few rides and periodically thereafter.
Route and secure all cabling clear of the steering stops, forks and hot components, and check that the harness is not stretched or pinched at full lock in both directions.
Clean the screen and housing with a soft, damp microfibre cloth; avoid solvents, fuel, petroleum-based cleaners and abrasive pads, which can damage the display coating and seals.
Keep connector caps and seals closed and free of grit — the IP69K rating relies on the housing and connectors being intact and correctly seated.
Use a TF card of up to 256GB, insert and remove it only with the unit powered off, and format the card in the unit before first use.
Keep CHIGEE OS 2 updated using the manufacturer's official update process, and avoid disconnecting power part-way through an update.
Re-pair Bluetooth devices such as headsets from the unit's settings if a connection becomes unstable, rather than pairing from multiple sources at once.
If you are running optional OBD or tyre pressure monitoring accessories, check their connections and sensor batteries as part of your regular pre-ride inspection.
When the bike is stored long term, park it out of direct sunlight or cover the display to limit UV and heat exposure.
