This high-quality exhaust system is crafted using lightweight titanium for the end cap, muffler bracket, and outer sleeve, while stainless steel is used for the link pipe and internal muffler structure. A carbon-fibre heat shield on the link pipe provides added protection for both rider and gear.

The muffler features a specially profiled surface that enhances strength and durability while delivering a sporty, rally-inspired appearance. Thanks to the use of race-proven materials, the system achieves a significant 47.4% (2.4 kg) weight reduction compared to the standard stock exhaust.
