CARDO S/P CRADLE FOR NEO/CUSTOM

The Cardo S/P Cradle is the replacement helmet mounting cradle for the Packtalk Neo and Packtalk Custom communication units. It is the part that fixes to your helmet and holds the unit, letting you dock and remove the device as needed.

It suits riders who have damaged or lost the original cradle, or who run a Packtalk Neo or Custom unit across more than one helmet and want a second mount fitted ready to go. As a genuine Cardo replacement part, it is dimensioned for the original unit rather than adapted from another model.

Confirm compatibility before fitting — this cradle is for the Packtalk Neo and Packtalk Custom only, not other Cardo models.
Clean the helmet shell where the mount sits with a mild cleaner and let it dry fully before fitting, so dirt and polish residue do not compromise the hold.
If using an adhesive plate, press it firmly into place and allow the adhesive to bond before riding; if using a clamp, tighten evenly and check the helmet liner is not pinched.
Seat the unit until it clicks securely into the cradle, and tug it gently to confirm it is locked before every ride.
Keep the cradle's electrical contacts clean and dry — wipe with a dry soft cloth and avoid solvents, alcohol-based cleaners and abrasives.
Re-check the mount's fasteners and adhesive periodically, particularly after touring, washing the helmet or extended hot weather.
Remove the unit from the cradle when the helmet is stored or transported to protect both the unit and the mount from knocks.
Do not modify, drill or trim the cradle or the helmet to make it fit.
