The Cardo Packtalk Pro is the brand's flagship helmet communication system, supplied here as a Duo twin pack for two riders. It pairs 2nd generation Dynamic Mesh Communication with Bluetooth and Live Intercom, so you can keep a group of up to 15 riders connected, take calls, stream music and run navigation prompts without touching the unit.

A built-in crash detection sensor monitors impacts and can send an emergency notification when something goes wrong, while the Sound by JBL 45mm speaker set delivers the audio quality the Packtalk range is known for. Natural Voice operation, Auto On/Off and over-the-air software updates keep day-to-day use simple, and the IP67-rated, matte black housing handles Australian weather and dust.

Fit the Air Mount using either the clamp or the supplied adhesive plate; clean the helmet surface with the included alcohol pads and allow it to dry fully before applying adhesive.
Position the speakers directly over your ears in the helmet's speaker pockets, using the booster pads to bring them closer if the pockets are deep.
Choose the hybrid/boom microphone for open-face and flip-up helmets, and the wired microphone for full-face helmets.
Charge both units fully before first use, and top them up on the bike if needed — the units support charging while riding.
Recharge every few months during long periods of storage rather than leaving the batteries flat.
Keep the units updated over the air through the Cardo Connect app so you have the latest software and features.
The units are IP67 rated, so rain and washdown spray are fine; dry the exterior and charging port with a soft cloth before plugging in a cable.
Wipe the housing and mount with a soft damp cloth only — avoid solvents, petrol-based cleaners and helmet polish on the speakers or microphone.
Remove the units from the Air Mount and store them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, when the bike is parked for long periods.
Do not open the housing or attempt to replace the battery yourself, as this will void the warranty and the IP67 seal.
