The Bridgestone Battlecruise H50 is a radial rear tyre built specifically for large American V-twin cruisers, in the wide 240/40VR18 fitment with a 79V load and speed rating. It runs tubeless and is designed to pair with the matching H50 front for balanced handling.
Bridgestone developed the H50 around what cruiser riders actually ask for: long tread life without giving up grip. The rear carries a larger crown profile intended to optimise adhesion across varied road surfaces, while the tread pattern and compound target high mileage — Bridgestone positions wear life as roughly double that of the older EXEDRA Max.
It suits touring and cruising riders on heavyweight V-twins who cover long distances and want lighter, easier steering, reduced vibration and a smoother ride without a compromise in pace.

- Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified motorcycle tyre technician — wide radial cruiser tyres require correct bead seating and directional fitment.
- Fit only to a rim rated for tubeless use and matched to the 240/40-18 size; do not fit an inner tube to a tubeless radial.
- Observe the tyre's rotation direction marking on the sidewall when fitting.
- Ride gently for the first stretch of use to scrub in the release agents on the new tread surface, avoiding hard acceleration, heavy braking and deep lean angles.
- Set and check cold inflation pressure regularly against the pressures specified in your motorcycle's owner's manual or placard — never set pressure on a warm tyre.
- Inspect the tread and sidewalls before rides for cuts, embedded objects, bulges or uneven wear, and replace once the tread wear indicators are reached.
- Do not exceed the tyre's 79V load and speed rating, and re-balance if a wheel weight is lost or vibration develops.
- Allow extra caution in wet or cold conditions until the tyre is up to temperature.
- Store spare tyres upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, solvents, fuels and electric motors that generate ozone.
- Clean with mild soapy water only — avoid tyre dressings or solvents on the tread surface.
