The Bridgestone Battlax Classic Racing CR11 is a grooved radial race tyre developed specifically for Maxi Classic Racing. This listing is the 110/80R18 tubeless front fitment, sized for classic and period race machinery running an 18-inch front wheel.
The CR11 proved itself before it even reached production: still in development, it took the win at the FIM Europe classic endurance championship (EEC). At the 4-hour Biker's Classic at Spa-Francorchamps it carried #10 Poweracing-Japauto to first place and team #5 Roadrunner to second, with the best lap time and fastest overall pace of the race set on Bridgestone rubber in damp, changeable conditions.
Its tread pattern is derived from Bridgestone's Battlax Racing R11 grooved racing tyre, and it is built to warm up quickly for grids that don't permit tyre warmers, then hold consistent grip through a race distance. Intended for track and competition use only.

- Track and competition use only — this tyre is not intended or approved for general road use.
- Have the tyre fitted and balanced by a qualified motorcycle tyre technician on a rim suitable for a tubeless radial of this size, and follow any rotation-direction marking on the sidewall.
- Check and set cold pressures before every session, using the pressures recommended by Bridgestone or your race series/team for the conditions; re-check once the tyre has been through heat cycles.
- Scrub in a new tyre over the first few laps by building lean angle and pace progressively before pushing for time.
- The CR11 is designed to warm up quickly for grids that don't allow tyre warmers, but still bring it up to temperature over an out-lap rather than demanding full grip immediately.
- Inspect the tread and sidewalls after each session for cuts, tearing, chunking, blistering or graining, and retire the tyre if you find structural damage or exposed carcass.
- Keep the tread free of oil, fuel, brake cleaner, solvents and tyre-shine dressings; clean sidewalls only with mild soap and water.
- Store flat or upright in a cool, dry, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, fuels and electric motors, which generate ozone that degrades rubber.
- Avoid kerbing or pinching the sidewall during transport and fitting, and don't attempt to repair a damaged race tyre — replace it.
