Replacement threaded hex bushes from Bolt for the rear fender mounting points on GasGas, KTM and Husqvarna models. The bushes provide the threaded seat that the fender bolts thread into, so the fender can be secured properly rather than relying on a worn or damaged original.

- Check the bushes against the ones you are removing before fitting, as rear fender mounting points vary between models and model years.
- Press or seat each bush fully into the fender so the hex sits flush in its recess and cannot rotate.
- Tighten fender bolts by hand or with a torque wrench to the figure in your bike's service manual — over-tightening will strip the thread or crack the plastic.
- Run a bolt through each bush before final assembly to confirm the thread is clean and undamaged.
- Re-check fender fasteners after the first ride and periodically thereafter, as vibration and off-road use can loosen them.
