Replacement Euro style flange bolts from BOLT Motorcycle Hardware, supplied in a refill pack of 10. Euro style fasteners are the pattern used across most European motorcycles, so they suit riders and workshops topping up the fastener drawer for KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, Beta and similar machines.
Made in California to OEM standards, these bolts are a straight replacement for the fasteners that go missing on plastics, guards, brackets and covers. Handy to keep in the toolbox, the ute or the race trailer so a lost bolt never ends a ride day.

- Check the thread size and length against the fastener you are replacing before fitting; an M5 bolt should thread in by hand for the first few turns without force.
- Tighten to the vehicle manufacturer's specified torque for that fastener - M5 bolts are small and easy to strip, particularly in alloy or plastic.
- Use a correctly fitting six-point socket or spanner rather than an impact driver to avoid rounding the head.
- Make sure the flange face seats flat and clean against the component; do not add a washer under the flange unless the original fitment used one.
- Clean the threads in the receiving component and remove any old thread-locker residue before installation.
- If the original fastener used thread-locking compound, apply a fresh medium-strength product and allow it to cure before riding.
- Re-check fastener tightness after the first ride following installation, and periodically on high-vibration areas such as guards, plastics and brackets.
- Avoid harsh solvents, caustic cleaners and aggressive wire brushing on the plating, as damaging the Dacromet coating reduces corrosion resistance.
- Replace any bolt that is bent, corroded or has damaged threads rather than reusing it.
- Store spares in a dry, sealed container or fastener tray so they stay clean and identifiable.
