Built on a lightweight polycarbonate/ABS shell with a dual-density EPS liner, the Broozer keeps weight down while an integrated drop-down shield flips into place to cut glare and block road debris. Eyewear channels moulded into the comfort liner mean prescription glasses or sunnies sit properly rather than fighting the padding, and the removable, washable liner keeps things fresh through an Australian summer.

Check the chin bar is fully seated and latched on both sides before every ride when running the helmet in full-face configuration.
Remove and refit the chin bar following Bell's instructions only — do not modify the mounts, and never ride with a partially engaged chin bar.
Clean the shell with a soft cloth and warm water with a little mild soap; avoid petrol, solvents, ammonia-based cleaners and harsh degreasers, which can attack the polycarbonate shell and the matte finish.
Clean the drop-down shield with warm water and a soft microfibre cloth only. Do not use glass cleaner or scrub dry, as this damages the anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings.
Operate the drop-down shield with the slider rather than pushing on the shield itself, and keep the mechanism free of grit.
Remove the comfort liner and cheek pads and hand-wash in cool water with mild soap, then air-dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Never machine-dry, and refit only when completely dry.
After riding in rain, let the helmet dry naturally in a well-ventilated spot with the liner removed rather than using a heater or hair dryer.
Store in the supplied helmet bag in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and avoid resting it on mirrors, handlebars or fuel tanks where fuel vapour and pressure can damage the liner.
Do not fit stickers, paint or adhesive mounts to the shell unless the adhesive is confirmed to be safe for polycarbonate.
Replace the helmet after any impact, even where no damage is visible, as the EPS liner compresses permanently and will not protect you a second time.
