The Bearing Worx Wheel Repair Kit is a rear wheel service kit for KTM motorcycles, supplied under part number 90-600-11WRK. It's intended for riders and workshops refreshing a rear wheel that has developed play, roughness or noise in the hub.

Rear wheel bearings on dirt and dual-sport machines take a hard life of water, mud, pressure washing and side loads, so replacement is a routine part of ongoing maintenance rather than a repair of last resort.

KTM models vary by year and hub design. To confirm the correct fitment for your bike, use the Make/Model search tool at the top of this page before ordering.

  • Confirm fitment for your exact KTM model and year before fitting, as rear hub dimensions differ between models and production years.
  • Replace bearings and seals as a complete set rather than individually, and always replace both sides of the hub at the same time.
  • Clean the hub bores thoroughly and check for scoring, ovality or corrosion before pressing in new bearings.
  • Drive or press bearings squarely on the outer race only — never apply force through the inner race or balls.
  • Fit seals with the lip facing outward and pack the seal lips with grease to help exclude water and grit.
  • Torque the axle to the figure specified in your KTM service manual; over-tightening can preload and destroy new bearings.
  • Avoid aiming a high-pressure washer directly at the wheel hubs and seals, as this drives water past the seal lips.
  • Check for rear wheel play periodically by rocking the wheel side to side with the bike on a stand, and investigate any rumbling, notchiness or noise from the hub promptly.
  • After deep water crossings or a wet, muddy ride, dry the wheel area and inspect the seals for damage or displacement.
  • Store unused kits in their packaging in a dry place so the bearing grease and seals are not contaminated.
