The Nolan B902-R N-Com is Nolan's top-tier helmet communication system, designed to disappear into a compatible Nolan helmet rather than bolt onto the outside of it. The control keypad, stereo speakers and noise-dampening microphone are fitted internally, while the patented omnidirectional antenna sits in the lower rear of the shell for a clean profile and steady connection.

It suits riders who cover long distances and want one system to handle everything at once — intercom with a pillion or another bike, phone calls, navigation prompts, music and FM radio. Audio Multitasking lets you hear more than one source at the same time, while Auto ON/OFF, multilingual voice prompts and Smart Conference group calling keep the day-to-day operation simple with gloves on.

The unit can be moved between compatible Nolan N-Com helmets, so it carries over when you change lids.

Charge the system fully before first use, using only the supplied USB power supply and cable — Fast Charge is only available with the standard-equipment charger and cable.
Recharge as soon as the low-battery audible and visual warning sounds; avoid leaving the lithium battery flat for long periods, and top it up every few months if the system is not in use.
Install the system in a compatible Nolan N-Com helmet following the supplied instructions, seating the speakers directly over your ears and positioning the microphone in front of your mouth for the clearest transmission.
Route and seat the antenna and wiring in their intended channels in the lower rear of the helmet — pinched or repositioned cabling can reduce Bluetooth range.
Use the mini-USB cable and a PC to manage system settings and apply firmware updates so pairing, voice prompts and intercom behaviour stay current.
Wipe the keypad, speaker grilles and microphone with a soft, slightly damp cloth only; do not use solvents, petrol-based cleaners or alcohol, and never immerse any part of the system.
If the system gets wet, dry it thoroughly before charging or connecting the USB cable.
Remove the system before washing or deep-cleaning the helmet liner, and refit only once everything is completely dry.
Remember that Auto ON/OFF uses an accelerometer — switch the system off manually or store the helmet undisturbed if you do not want it waking during transport.
Store the system, or the helmet with it fitted, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Pair devices while stationary, and set your favourite numbers, radio presets and intercom pairings before you ride rather than on the move.
