B602-R N-COM | Nolan Bluetooth System

The Nolan N-Com B602-R is a helmet-mounted Bluetooth communication system built for riders who cover medium to long distances, either solo or two-up. Intercom conversation between rider and passenger stays clear and defined even at higher road speeds, so you can keep talking without shouting over the wind.

It is designed to be as simple or as capable as you want it to be. Complete Mode gives you the full function set, while Simple Mode pares things back for riders who would rather just press a button and go. Pairing with the N-Com EASYSET app lets you fine-tune the system, update firmware from your smartphone and change the language of the voice prompts.

Beyond the intercom, the B602-R handles phone calls, music and turn-by-turn directions, and can link to the factory audio systems on a range of touring and sports-touring motorcycles. It is engineered for Nolan helmets with N-Com preparation.

Fit the system only to a compatible N-Com-prepared Nolan helmet from the listed models, seating the speakers over the ear pockets and routing the microphone lead so it does not foul the visor mechanism.
Charge the system fully before first use and top it up before long rides; recharge periodically during extended storage rather than leaving it flat.
Install the N-Com EASYSET app on your smartphone (or the EASYSET program on a computer) to update firmware, switch between Complete and Simple Mode, and change the language of the voice announcements.
Pair one device at a time and keep other Bluetooth sources switched off during setup so the system connects to the intended phone, navigator or second helmet.
Wipe the control unit and speaker grilles with a soft, slightly damp cloth only; avoid solvents, petrol, alcohol-based cleaners and abrasive products.
Keep the charging port clean and dry, and allow the unit to dry fully before charging if it has been exposed to rain or a wash.
Remove the system from the helmet before washing or replacing the comfort liner and cheek pads.
Store the unit in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and take it off the bike rather than leaving it exposed to weather for long periods.
Do not attempt to open the housing or replace internal components yourself; refer servicing to Nolangroup or an authorised dealer.
