Aviator 3 Saber Orange Gloss

The Airoh Aviator 3 is the Italian brand's flagship offroad helmet, and the Saber graphic brings it in a bright gloss orange finish. It is built for racers and serious trail and enduro riders who want a light, well-ventilated lid with Airoh's full suite of safety technology — AMS2 Plus rotational management, AEFR emergency cheek pad release and the AMLS magnetic lining.

The shell was developed in the wind tunnel to stay settled at speed and to move air efficiently through the helmet, with eight intakes and spoiler-integrated extractors handling heat on long motos. Four outer shell sizes across the range keep proportions and weight sensible rather than fitting every rider to one oversized shell, and the hypoallergenic magnetic liner strips out completely for washing.

Please note the Carbon 3K shell and the lighter 1290 g weight apply only to the Primal graphic; the Saber is the HPC composite version.

Fasten the double-D ring on every ride: thread the strap back through both rings and pull it snug against the jaw, then secure the loose tab.
The magnetic liner and cheek pads lift out completely — hand wash in cool water with a mild soap, rinse thoroughly and air dry away from direct heat or sunlight before refitting.
When refitting the cheek pads, make sure the magnets seat fully and the AEFR emergency release tabs are tucked into position and still accessible to first responders.
Clean the shell and peak with a soft cloth, warm water and mild soap only; avoid petrol-based solvents, ammonia and abrasive cleaners, which can attack the HPC composite and gloss finish.
Keep the 8 intakes and rear extractors clear of mud and dust — rinse gently rather than blasting a high-pressure hose into the vents or the lining.
Check the peak and its fixings are tight before each ride, and set the peak angle to suit your riding position and goggles.
If you run the AHS hydration system, route the tube through the EPS channel provided so it does not foul the lining, goggle strap or retention strap.
Store the helmet in a cool, dry place inside a padded helmet bag; do not leave it in direct sunlight, on a hot exhaust or in a closed vehicle.
Do not paint, drill or apply solvent-based adhesives to the shell, and never hang the helmet on a mirror or bar end.
Replace the helmet after any significant impact, even if there is no visible damage.
