The Alpinestars Tech 7 Enduro is a purpose-built off-road boot for enduro, trail and hard-terrain riding, where grip on the pegs, feel at the shifter and serious protection all have to work together. Its dedicated Enduro-spec sole and multi-density foot base give the structural rigidity and traction that rough, unpredictable ground demands, while medial and lateral pivots let the boot flex where your leg needs it.

Protection is extensive without turning the boot into a plaster cast: TPU coverage runs across the toe, foot, heel, ankle, calf and shin, with contoured shin and ankle protectors and a sculpted medial panel that grips the bike and shields against heat and abrasion. The PU-reinforced microfibre upper is flexible, abrasion resistant and easy to hose off at the end of a long, muddy day.

Suited to riders who spend real time off the bike as well as on it — the softened front flex zone and expanded calf adjustment make walking sections and pulling the boots on over bulky gear far less of a chore. Certified to CE EN 13634:2017.

Knock off loose mud and dirt after each ride, then clean the microfibre upper with warm water and a mild soap using a soft brush or cloth.
Avoid petrol, brake cleaner, solvents and harsh degreasers — they will attack the microfibre, TPU and adhesives.
Air dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight, heaters and exhausts; forced heat can distort the shell and stiffen the upper.
If the boots get soaked, loosen all buckles, open the gaiter and dry them gradually with newspaper or a low-temperature boot dryer.
The upper is water resistant, not waterproof — expect some ingress in deep water crossings or prolonged rain.
Expect a short break-in period; wear the boots around home and on shorter rides before a long day so the flex zones settle.
Set the buckle closure so it is firm but not crushing, and check buckles and straps before every ride — replace any that are cracked or no longer latch cleanly.
Inspect the sole and foot base regularly for wear, and have worn or damaged components replaced rather than riding on a compromised sole.
Check the shin plate, ankle and calf protectors for cracks after any significant crash or impact, and retire the boots if protective parts are damaged.
Store upright in a cool, dry, ventilated place with the buckles lightly fastened so the boots hold their shape.
