The Arrow dB Killer is a removable noise-reduction insert designed to fit Arrow silencers with a 68mm outlet. It sits inside the silencer end cap and restricts the exhaust exit, lowering the sound output of the system.

It suits riders running an Arrow aftermarket exhaust who want a quieter set-up for road, street or noise-restricted riding, and the option to remove the insert for track or closed-course use. Supplied as Arrow part number 11012DB.

Check the outlet size and fitment of your specific Arrow silencer before ordering, as dB killers are sized to the silencer they were designed for.

  • Removable dB killer insert for Arrow silencers
  • 68mm size
  • Reduces exhaust noise output when fitted
  • Genuine Arrow part, number 11012DB
  • Can be removed for closed-course or track use

  • Only fit or remove the insert once the exhaust system is completely cool — silencers retain heat long after the engine is switched off.
  • Check that the insert is the correct size for your Arrow silencer outlet before fitting; do not force an insert that does not seat cleanly.
  • Secure the insert with its retaining fastener and check it remains tight after the first few rides, as vibration can loosen exhaust hardware.
  • Re-check tightness periodically as part of routine chain, bolt and exhaust inspections.
  • Remove carbon and soot build-up from the insert with a wire brush or suitable degreaser so the outlet does not become excessively restricted.
  • Wipe the silencer outlet and end cap clean and dry after washing the bike; avoid harsh chemicals and aggressive polishes on exhaust finishes.
  • Store the insert somewhere clean and dry when it is removed, so it stays free of damage and corrosion and can be refitted when needed.
  • Riding with the dB killer removed is intended for closed-course use — a road-registered motorcycle in Australia must still comply with applicable noise regulations.
