The Arrow Pro-Racing silencer set is a matched left- and right-hand pair built for the modern Triumph Bonneville T100 and T120. The conical bodies are formed from Nichrom stainless steel alloy in a silver satin finish and finished with stainless steel end caps in Arrow's #10 profile, so the look stays close to the bike's classic twin-silencer lines rather than fighting them.

This is a road-focused upgrade for riders who want a lift in tone and presence without stepping outside the law. The set is ADR 83:00 homologated and legal in all Australian states, and it fits to the original header and catalytic converter, so no further exhaust components are required for initial fitment.

Fit the silencers to the standard header and catalytic converter - these components must be retained for correct initial fitment.
Before the first ride, wipe all fingerprints, oil and grease from the Nichrom bodies and stainless end caps; residue left on the surface will bake in and stain permanently once the exhaust reaches temperature.
Torque all clamps and the welded frame bracket fasteners to Triumph's specified figures, and re-check them after the first heat cycle and again after the first few hundred kilometres, as clamps commonly settle.
Allow the system to cool completely before cleaning or handling.
Clean with warm soapy water or a stainless-safe, non-abrasive polish and a soft cloth; avoid abrasive pads, wheel cleaners and acidic or chlorine-based products, which will dull or pit the satin finish.
Rinse off road salt, grime and chain lube regularly, particularly after coastal or wet-weather riding, and dry the silencers to help prevent surface staining.
Do not aim a pressure washer directly into the outlets or at the packing area, and avoid running the engine to dry the exhaust after washing.
Some heat colouring near the welds and inlet is normal for stainless steel and is not a defect.
Check periodically for exhaust leaks, rattles or a loose bracket, and inspect the inlet gaskets or seals whenever the silencers are removed - replace them if they are distorted or damaged.
Store removed original silencers, clamps and gaskets so the bike can be returned to standard later.
