Arai Quantic Face BLU

The Arai Quantic in the Face Blue graphic is a handmade full face road helmet built around Arai's long-held protection philosophy: a smooth, round outer shape designed to glance off and spread impact forces rather than catch on them. The PB e-cLc shell keeps core strength while shedding weight, and the helmet carries ECE 22.06 approval.

Arai has drawn on the aerodynamics of its full-race helmets and millions of road kilometres of development, so the Quantic slips through the air cleanly at touring speeds. A 5mm flare around the base makes it easier to get on and off, the VAS Max Vision visor arrives with a Pinlock insert for demisting, and the premium brushed nylon interior is fully removable and washable.

Check the fit before every ride and always fasten the double-D ring properly — thread the strap through both rings and pull it snug against the jaw.
Remove the brushed nylon liner, cheek pads and ear cups for washing; the interior is designed to be removed, washed and refitted.
Clean the shell and visor with mild soap and lukewarm water only — petrol, solvents and harsh cleaners can damage the shell finish and the visor coating.
Treat the Pinlock insert gently: it has a soft anti-fog coating, so wipe it with a damp soft cloth rather than scrubbing it dry.
Use the peel-away 5mm temple pad layer to fine-tune fit if the helmet feels tight at the temples, and swap cheek pads or ear cups as the standard pads bed in.
Leave the ERS cheek pad tabs in place and undisturbed — they are there so emergency responders can remove the pads and take the helmet off safely.
Route intercom speakers into the dedicated speaker pockets and tuck the wiring into the neck roll wire pocket so nothing presses against your head.
Remove and refit the visor using the VAS mechanism as intended; don't force the shield latch or pivot covers.
Store the helmet in its bag in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and keep it away from fuel and exhaust fumes.
Replace the helmet after any impact, even if there is no visible damage, and never carry it hanging by the chin strap on a mirror or handlebar.
