The All Balls Racing 18-6025 is a rebuild kit for the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder on a range of larger Suzuki models, including the RF900R (1994–1997), GSX-R1100 (1986–1998), GSF1200 Bandit and GSX1300R Hayabusa (2002–2003).

It is intended for riders and workshops servicing a slave cylinder that is leaking or no longer operating the clutch cleanly, allowing the existing cylinder to be overhauled rather than replaced as a complete unit. Check the part number and your model year against your bike before ordering.

  • Confirm fitment against your model, year and existing slave cylinder before starting work, and follow your motorcycle's factory service manual for removal, assembly and torque figures.
  • Work in a clean area — dirt or grit on sealing surfaces is a common cause of repeat leaks.
  • Inspect the cylinder bore and piston for scoring, pitting or corrosion during the rebuild; a damaged bore will not be fixed by new seals and the cylinder should be replaced.
  • Use only the brake/clutch fluid type specified by the manufacturer for your model, and take it from a sealed container — hydraulic fluid absorbs moisture once opened.
  • Bleed the clutch system thoroughly after reassembly and confirm a firm lever with full clutch disengagement before riding.
  • Check for leaks at the slave cylinder and hose fittings after the first ride and again after a few hundred kilometres.
  • Hydraulic fluid damages paint and plastics — wipe up spills immediately and rinse the area with water.
  • Store unused kits in their packaging in a cool, dry place so the rubber components do not degrade.
